TreeBranch does not handle comparitor completely

Fix For: 1.1.1
add(TreeNode) just appends the tree node to the end of the branch, even if a
comparitor is set on the tree branch, yielding an exception. We should audit
all TreeBranch methods to make sure they play nicely with a comparitor.
