FYI, I just checked in some code that relies on the JNLP APIs. If you are 
building with Ant, this shouldn't have any impact on you. However, if you are 
using Eclipse or some other build tool, you will need to make sure that 
javaws.jar is on your classpath. You can probably follow the same procedure you 
used for plugin.jar, since they generally live in the same place.
