Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the kitchen sink demo and expand the tables section
2) Select the first row in the table
3) Hold down the DOWN arrow key to begin quickly changing the selected index
and scrolling
Result:
You occasionally will see what looks like 2 selected rows due to an apparent
paint flickering.
