It was removed because JNLP files don't work with relative URLs -- they need a
fully qualified URL as a codebase attribute in order to function. Since we
don't know where the user will deploy our demos and tutorials WAR files, we
can't produce such a fully qualified URL, so we can't create a working JNLP
file. Sandro, can you either close this ticket as "won't fix" (and remove the
fix version) or update it with other ideas?
