How are things like superscript, subscript, and all-caps usually implemented? Would they be (a) a style on LabelSkin, (b) a construct of the DOM and used only by TextArea, or (c) part of the font itself (using something like Font.getTransform())? I figure at some point (probably closer to 2.0), we'll need to provide these things, and I didn't know where the right place to look would be.
