This is of course #808580 which has been fixed in newer versions (and wasn't reported against the version in jessie). Opening a separate bugs since that one is already archived; my apologies if you preferred I un-archive and re-open that one instead.

Easy enough to work around on my system by adding an "|| true" to the chown line in /var/lib/dpkg/info/bareos-storage-tape.postinst, but this seems like something eligible for a (old-)stable update. And quite possible it'll break other people's systems too.
