Package: clamav Version: 0.92.1~dfsg-0.dotdeb.1 Followup-For: Bug #420391 clamav can climb from 1002MB (starting) up to all the available memory. My server dont crash anymore since I restart clamav every hours. Looks like clamav-daemon is suffering a major memory leak under debian (I use it on windows too V0.94.1, and it does not have this problem and consumes only 20Mb). -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-etchnhalf.1-686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages clamav depends on: ii clamav-freshclam 0.92.1~dfsg-0.dotdeb.1 anti-virus utility for Unix - viru ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-13etch7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libclamav3 0.92.1~dfsg-0.dotdeb.1 anti-virus utility for Unix - libr ii libgmp3c2 2:4.2.1+dfsg-4 Multiprecision arithmetic library ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3-13 compression library - runtime Versions of packages clamav recommends: ii arj 3.10.22-2 archiver for .arj files ii clamav-base 0.92.1~dfsg-0.dotdeb.1 anti-virus utility for Unix - base ii unzoo 4.4-5 zoo archive extractor -- no debconf information _______________________________________________ Pkg-clamav-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-clamav-devel
