I believe you made the correct choices (we don't want those).
I agree.
But it doesn't build here with pbuilder.
The problem is that the libmspack NEWS is empty and thus can't be added
via debian/patches, but it is required by the build system.
I pushed a fix for that (adding a space to the NEWS file).
