There is a transistion in libclamav6->7 so it is not that as it was in
previous updates. That said, we are currently waiting for an OK from the
release team.
If you need it now, you can look at
git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-clamav/clamav.git wheezy
which contains what we would push into wheezy.
