Hello, I can very much and very urgently confirm this bug. It started happening today on several servers here, unsurprisingly first the ones with the smallest number of default file descriptors configured.
Interestingly even though the clamd version number is the same, Stretch servers are unaffected, while Jessie ones very much are.
