I have created the repository here:

https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-crosswire/bibledit-cloud.git/

It has the same permissions as the other repositories, so you should
already have write access.  It is empty now, so you should be able to
add the new location as an additional remote in your existing repository
and then just push everything to it.
