Arno, can you please file bug reports against those 3 packages, asking them to adopt the convention described by Adam? Even though there is no formal written of what should be in the Vcs-Cvs field, debcheckout can be considered the "reference implementation" for the meaning of Vcs-Cvs given that ATM it is the only application using it.
