Hello,

I am involved in the maintenance of a number of different machines.
Rather than run *-alert on each of these machines it would be
convenient if if could feed each of these programs a package list
so as to be alerted to packages on those machines that need more
care.

Thanks and regards,

Kapil.

I'm still convinced that the original request is only applicable to
{rc,wnpp}-alert rather than manpage-alert so I'm closing this bug.

Feel free to re-open if you can provide a logical argument as to how
manpage-alert could be fed a package list. :-)

Adam
