I get an error when trying to commit some changes on a bzr branch.
Undefined subroutine &Dpkg::Changelog::find_launchpad_closes called
at /usr/bin/debcommit line 435, <STDIN> line 1.
On Ubuntu system this function is defined
in /usr/share/perl5/Dpkg/ChangeLog.pm (which belong to dpkg-dev)
