Hi,

There's no technical requirement for the claim to be an e-mail address; it's
simply conventional. This may seem slightly picky (and probably is :-) but
certainly in the past it was not uncommon to see bugs tagged with simply
usernames or tags such as "aba-pseudo-bug"; I'm not sure how prevalent
either practice is now.
