Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.29
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/checkbashisms

Hello,

checkbashisms reports kill -KILL in the attached file as bashism. However, it doesn't do so when I added this command to another sh script.

dash accepts it, and man kill doesn't say it's an extension, so I think it is legal.

Regards
    Jiri Palecek
