checkbashisms should warn about constructs like this:
foo=fnord
i=2
echo ${foo:$i}
Even if $i would be set to values which lead to valid, bashism-free code
(i.e. like "-bla", "=bla", "?bla" or "+bla"), dash chokes over it with
"Bad substitution".
