Add additional regexp for MIT licenses.
Harfbuzz (at least) uses an MIT-style license that isn't currently
recognised
(see below). This change adds recognition of that variant.
(This matches the form `Modern Variants' on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing:MIT)
