Hello All.
I am writting DEP-5 copyright file for opencpn package which
tarball contains embedded files from bzip2 source. Actually
I can remove them as the package does not build against
them, but it rised a different issue.
When running licensecheck it identified them as BSD-3-clause
licensed, however during manual review I found that it is
not similar to SPDX [1] version of it and assumed that it is
BSD-4-clause [2] and filled bug#660451 [3] against licensecheck.
However as correctly stated by licensecheck mantainer [4] it
does not have necessary clause of BSD-4-clause either.
So the question is if the license below can be considered to
be any form of standard BSD license (and thus tagged with
a standard shirt identifier) or it is actualy a custom one?
