At the moment, the only way to do it is to integrate your component into
Nevada, at which point we'll pick it up for the next release of Indiana.
We hope to be able to push bits more regularly than that, but neither our
tools nor our process are up to the task quite yet.

We don't have anything worked out yet to get packages in the repo without
first going into Nevada, except for the small handful of things we've done
individually (openoffice, studio11, hopefully soon netbeans).  If there's a
great clamor from the opensolaris community (or from the folks who sign our
paychecks) for phpMyAdmin, we'd make the effort, but otherwise, for the
moment, it's simplest to just get it integrated into Nevada.
