Will the pkg command eventually have a way of explicitly excluding a
package from a requested cluster?
As an example, suppose cluster_fmri is a cluster "package" which
specifies many packages, including pkg_fmri. Will there be a way to
specify cluster_fmri while excluding pkg_fmri from being installed
(assuming nothing depends on pkg_fmri)? Something like this:
pkg install cluster_fmri -x pkg_fmri
This would be useful for installers and programs like the
Distro-constructor, which might want to selectively exclude certain
functionality from an otherwise complete system without having to
specify long lists of packages or having to worry about dependencies.
