261 + gid The groups unique numerical id. The
default value is the first
262 + free group under 100.
and
276 + uid The unique uid of the user. Default value
is first free value
277 + under 100.
Was it really an intention to for default uid and gid to be "under" 100 ?
If so, what happens when there is no free value under 100 ?
