These are five tracebacks Dan found the other day. In order to fix one of
the tracebacks in 763, I decided to make the -a option to image-create
required. I could make the preferred authority default to something, but
it wasn't clear to me what. The URL would be opensolaris.org, I'm sure,
but the prefix would still need to be determined. So I'm leaving it up to
the user, for now.
The rest should be pretty straightforward.
