Well wsdiff doesn't create a hash-- like I said, it unpacks the
jar file, and basically does the moral equivalent of a 'diff -r'--
wsdiff just looks for diffs, it doesn't do hashing.
I suppose that jar files could in turn contain elf files, in which
case you'd want to apply the elf hashing algorithm to those :(
Dave Powell pointed out to me offline that in some cases the MANIFEST.MF
may have a datestamp corresponding to the build inside it.
