By inspection, it appears that SUNWxwman still delivers this file.
Instead of the drop, should we be chattr'ing it into
usr/X11/share/man/man1/xload.1 as of this build or is xload.1 still not
the open source version?

I also removed the import of usr/X11/lib/X11/app-defaults/XTerm since
