This has been bugging me for a while, so I finally spent the five minutes
to fix it.
2406 man pages are re-installed every time
The man pages are installed every time you do a "make install", adding
unnecessary output (I have a "install-nopkg" target in my workspace which
makes it more obvious). This is a pretty simple fix, though perhaps the
file copies should be done in a build context rather than in an install
one. I don't care much myself, though.
