We were talking about the second access to a file (two files that have
the same hashval).
When filelist encounters this, it just adds the second file to an
internal list. That's what's cheaper than looking it up from the local
disk cache.

That doesn't make any sense. It's going to be more expensive to
download a file than it is to get it from the local disk.
