Did you follow the instructions in the release notes? There were a few
bugs in the 2008.05 release that allowed packages to be upgraded out of
sync with the rest of the system. This looks like output you might have
gotten in that case.

Boot back into your build 86 BE, destroy the b93 BE, and start again, being
sure to upgrade SUNWipkg and entire as per the instructions.
