...integrated fixes for the following bugs:
* 2714 image-update failure during update phase
* 2751 test suite fails to detect tracebacks in log
* 2752 repository - rename function fails during exception handling
As part of the changes for bug 2714, CherryPy 3.1.0 is now required to
launch the pkg.depotd process. The depot process will fail to start
with a message indicating that 3.1.0 is required if you do not have it
installed.
