Except that doing so means that only packages published by Sun (and not
even opensolaris.org ones) can have these attributes. For a concept that's
so generally useful, balkanization doesn't provide any benefit -- in order
to install Swedish files, you'd have to specify a filter of
org.opensolaris.locale = sv | com.sun.locale = sv |
com.oracle.locale = sv | org.blastwave.locale = sv | ...
and update that every time you start pulling packages from a new vendor.
It would be much preferable to set the filter to
pkg.locale = sv
and do so only once.
