Glad to be of any help here. Since I've documented how to get to the defect state (publish and install a package with space in license tag) I expect it would be no problem to reproduce the problem on test system. I've updated 2849 with license tag info just for the record. Let me know if you need any help with reproducing the bug or experiments with proper cleanup.
