A README that says the above would be nice. I can guess "make install"
but not "make packages".

And also, presumably, somewhere that has the special packages like
SUNWclofi. I presume nobody is doing this externally, but surely there's
an internal location? Copying an entire DVD's contents, plus tracking
down SUNWclofi et al from somewhere, seems like a pain.

Perhaps util/distro-import/README should be removed or at least the top
bit edited out, since it doesn't reflect the correct way to build.
