the openssl extension failed to build, but that seems OK? Running snv_89. A README that says the above would be nice. I can guess "make install" but not "make packages". > export WOS_PKGS=... # directory of wos pkgs which have been faspac -s > # since dir bundle code doesn't yet support p7 file > # compression And also, presumably, somewhere that has the special packages like SUNWclofi. I presume nobody is doing this externally, but surely there's an internal location? Copying an entire DVD's contents, plus tracking down SUNWclofi et al from somewhere, seems like a pain. Perhaps util/distro-import/README should be removed or at least the top bit edited out, since it doesn't reflect the correct way to build. > >And on a related note, is there a plan to allow non-root builds? > > this works... Yes, looks like an earlier guess at how to build screwed that up. thanks john _______________________________________________ pkg-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-discuss
