That sounds a slightly unusual way to distribute your packages at present, mostly because moving packages between repositories is a bit awkward. I think the expected procedure at the moment is for your organization to set up their own repository, for you to publish your packages into that, and for your clients to install packages directly from that. Setting up a repository is easy and well documented - see the man page for pkg.depotd.
