Thanks for the tips and I also got help from other. I did this and it is 
working now:


-bash-3.2$ pfexec pkg set-authority -P -O http://ipkg.sfbay opensolaris.org
-bash-3.2$ pkg authority
AUTHORITY                           URL
opensolaris.org (preferred)         http://ipkg.sfbay/
-bash-3.2$

I can intall packages now and in the process of setting up AI server.
