None of the SWAN proxy servers seem to be able to resolve this
hostname.  Also, since you are already within SWAN, you would not
need a proxy server to access this machine.

Can your client resolve this hostname correctly?  Can you ping this
host?  It looks like you are running the client on the same machine
as the server, in which case you should be able to use
http://localhost:10000 as your authority.
