Hi - here is the first cut of the l10n updates for the ips clients and the online help for PM.

If I could get access to g11nws.sfbay.sun.com I could spin the latest webrev with these changes but can't atm, so this is something for folks to start looking at. The changes have been tested against PM, UM, UMN and CLI (using test suite - no changes against the baseline detected).
