It appears to still be api_versions.txt. Here's the text I have; let me
know if you think it needs changing.
Version 6:
Compatible with clients using versions 1-5.
Changes:
Ignore the pkg_client_name parameter passed to api.ImageInterface().
This data is now pulled from pkg.client.global_settings.client_name.
