If com.sun.service.incorporated_changes contains a list of Sun bugtraq bug IDs then I assume OpenSolaris packages may also need: opensolaris.incorporated_changes for bugs that are in http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz . And the recommendation to other package publishers would be to use the basename of "incorporated_changes", prefixed appropriately.
