Guys,

I've seen this issue debated back and forth for a while now, but
with no resolution. I know both parties have very valid reasons
for the approach they are taking, but frankly we aren't getting
anywhere and its causing our customers pain. We must get this
resolved. To that end I'll setup a meeting were we can get the
key people in a room and resolve this issue once and for all.
