Ran into several previous posts on the "chicken and egg" problem WRT manually downloading pkgs to install pkgs on machines that don't have internet connection. Specifically, I would like to download the SUNWgcc pkg on one machine (that has an internet connection), then USB it over to a machine that doesn't have an internet connection.
Any thoughts? I'm running OS08.11 on the non-connected machine. Thanks, Mike
