I have several packages that get installed together, several of them delivering smf manifests, some of which, but not all, needing to be imported right away.
Can anyone tell me how the plan sequences things? There are bits to be laid down on disk, there are smf actuators to call. Is it guaranteed that all bits are laid down before any actuators are called?
