The [feed] id attribute has a bad value in the repository configuration
file (repo_dir/cfg_cache).
Check the cfg_cache file's value for feed id and verify that it is a
valid uuid. If it is not, delete the attribute from cfg_cache and it
should be re-generated the next time you start the depot server without
--readonly or --mirror.
