The webrev fixes bug:

installing mplayer with blastwave repository on os0811-snv_109 will
produce unknown exception traceback in the installupdate dialog.

The root of the problem lies in the blastwave repository which shouldn't
generate such action which would generate permission exception, but we
should properly handle the:
api_errors.PermissionsException
I did use the str(pex), because this will not impact localization and
will give us proper Error string:
Error:
Could not operate on //opt/csw/lib/i386
because of insufficient permissions. Please try the command again using
pfexec or otherwise increase your privileges.
