It builds, imports, and installs successfully, even with the dependencies
against extras-delivered packages. The package will evolve over time as
we determine either a more minimal subset of packages required, or as new
packages are required, but this is a working start. Comments are
appreciated.
Looks fine, although I would probably go with "developer/on-dev" over
a fake stock symbol name.

Sorry-- I may be clueless here-- but shouldn't this package have
a human readable description?
I would suggest maybe something like: developer/opensolaris-osnet-dev
or developer/opensolaris/osnet-dev
The other thing I forgot to mention is that if the SVR4
package has a description (and there is no description
in the IPS package definition file, then the published IPS
package will use that. As this is a package cluster there
probably should be a "description" line in the IPS
package file.
This is entirely separate from my previous email which is
talking about the proposed new package name.
