Today w/ svr4 packages we split them user vs root, sparc vs x86, hollow
vs non-hollow, etc.
We're moving away from such partitions; I'd rather not worry about
these differences.
Why do you want to have packages that don't install in zones, rather
than having some of the contents of the package not install in a zone?
