This is planned functionality for IPS post 2009.06. A major revamp of
the transport system is under way.
- Make the pkg.opensolaris.org repository mirror-able using something
other than rsync. Output from "zfs send" and "zfs send -I" over
http or https would be great.
There some logistical issues in providing this. However, I could see
this being useful.
