So this patch just makes it clear to users what they are going to
search on when they choose the combo box search option:
Search Combo Dropdown:
[Single Magnify Glass] Current Repository (Name and Description)
[Double Magnify Glass] All Repositories (Description Only)
It has an l10n impact, but hopefully this could be translated for B4.
