It's really not going to make much of a difference. The entire
incorporations for build 111 and for build 111a are almost identical,
both constraining packages to "@...-0.111". In order to make 111
installable, we would have had to publish 111a as something other than
0.111 -- 0.111.1 or 0.111.0.1 or something.
Ah, good point, I hadn't noticed that when I gave earlier advice in this
thread. Seems like we need to adjust the publishing process going
forward so that we'll be able to get back to each respin if needed.
