In our IPS roadmap, do we plan to include the ability for 'pkg' command
to simply download the packages for offline install (provided that 'pkg'
command can offline install downloaded packages too)? As you know, this
need is quite obvious for some sites that don't have direct Internet access.

The 'pkgadd' command is only for SVR4 packages (the package format
used by Solaris 10 and earlier).
At this time, offline installation is not available.
