So not only does pkg(1) force a reboot when adding drivers, but it also
does that when adding software that relies on SMF for self-assembly?
I think I misunderstood. It's not clear that pkg(1) should enable (even
temporarily) disabled-by-default services added by packages. I think
what will happen is that such pkgs will deliver enabled-by-default
service manifests to work around this, but that can't be good either.
This is why we need enhanced profiles.
